The Team

  Hi, my name is Kira. I have lived in Eastern North Carolina my entire life. A true country girl! I have two amazing children. Peyton who is 9 and Kali who is 3. We enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and being with my family and friends. I have worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for several years. I have worked at Forsyth Chiropractic for what will be 3 years in November. I enjoy changing lives and helping people everyday. The patients are absolutely wonderful to work with. In 2025, I was in an accident that totaled my vehicle which left me with a very injured shoulder that called for surgery. I did not want to go through surgery so I went straight to Dr. Forsyth who immediately gave me options to be seen in the office. Dr. Forsyth has helped me with my shoulder injury via therapy and adjustments in the office after the accident. After being treated I have no pain! I love meeting new patients and working in this field, especially at Forsyth Chiropractic and Wellness!
